Return Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Return must be made within 28 calendar days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns once the tag has been taken off so inspect your item thoroughly before removing the tags. Requirements for a valid procedure are proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc) and valid reason for return (wrong order, damage, wrong sizing, etc).

Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted. 

Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check. If the quality check is successful, we will refund you based on our refund policy.

This will happen within 10 days starting from when your return request was submitted. Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Please include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation or evidence.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

REFUNDS

  • Once Olive Republic receives the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days.
  • You will receive an email once your refund(s) have been processed.
  • Once the refund has been made, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account or to show on your statement.
  • For exchanges for a different size or style, please organise a return of your original order with us and place a new order.
  • You can contact us with any questions or to receive an update on your refund status.

FAULTY GOODS

  • If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform us within 14 days of receipt including a photo and description of the fault. You can contact us here.
  • Please arrange a return for a refund and  replacement for you at no additional cost.
  • If you have had the item for over 14 days we will deliberate and seek to arrange a solution, but please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned for more than 6 months.
  • Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
