1. Processing Time and Shipping Rates

1a. Items not on Pre-Order

• Kindly allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed once payment is made. 
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
• Shipping rates are calculated at check out and can differ depending on your delivery location. 
• Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and shipping destination. 
• Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

1b. Items on Pre-Order

• For items available for pre-order, please note that the estimated shipping time is provided on the product page.
• Pre-order items typically require a longer processing time and may take 2-4 weeks to be shipped.
• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship them together once all items are available.
• Please note that the estimated shipping time for pre-order items is an approximation and actual shipping times may vary.
• We will notify you via email once your pre-order item has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
• Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Shipping Address

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct shipping address.
• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to correct the address and re-ship the order.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
