For items available for pre-order, please note that the estimated shipping time is provided on the product page.
Pre-order items typically require a longer processing time and may take 2-4 weeks to be shipped.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship them together once all items are available.
Items not on Pre-Order
Kindly allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed once payment is made.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Return must be made within 28 calendar days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns once the tag has been taken off so inspect your item thoroughly before removing the tags.
Requirements for a valid procedure are proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc) and valid reason for return (wrong order, damage, wrong sizing, etc).
