How long will it take to get my order?
When does my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order items ship dates are indicated in the product description. Most pre-orders require a 2–4-week period.
If you have pre-order and in-stock items in your cart, your full order will be shipped out when your pre-order items are ready to ship. To receive your in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. For returns/exchanges please click on this link Return Package.
Please note that merchandise is accepted for refund if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 28 days from when you received it. It must have all tags on, and be returned in all original packaging, and be free from all make-up, stains and smells. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way. This is a strict policy we expect our amazing customers to adhere to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
